i have been very please with my experience with taking classes at grand canyon. the classes are easy to take and the teachers are awesome

the drawbacks are having to use word to turn in assignments. i am not a word user so have to remember so save my documents in word format before turning them in

i have been taking classes for over a year and have had a number of counselors in that time. the counselors are not very knowledgable in what they tell you.its diffiucult to get an answer to questions that they ask.

I think the classes are pretty good, but academic and financial aid departments need to learn to get it right. I have been working with one issue or the other with them for a year and they still screw most things up. They have now denied me financial aid due to going on a LOA for the summer term. I was assured this would not mess up my financial aid and of course this is just one more thing they screwed up again!
