A breathtaking sight but my boyfriend was unimpressed.

breathtaking scenery, a visual record of geological history, I saw CREATOR there, Unique in the world

Cons

Too much hype, too expensive to do the sky walk/extras, long lines during tourist season, too many people

Grand Canyon National Park , Arizona —

It had always been a dream of mine to go see the Grand Canyon. I finally decided that my boyfriend and myself would make a trip to see it. Once we got there, I was amazed by the size of it. It literally took my breath. But it lost its thrill quickly as when push comes to shove, its a big hole in the ground. He had been there before and warned me that it would be amazing at first but quickly loose its magic... and he was right.
