I have had a very good experience with it. It is lightweight and even my 4 year old can carry it on her own if she is helping me move between cars. Which leads me to my second point - it is now so easy to take her anywhere. She wants to ride in grandma's car instead of ours? No problem - taking out the seat and moving it is a piece of cake - unlike the old car seat. You basically set it in the seat and put the seatbelt over them.
Another great thing about this product is that it is inexpensive - around $20 at most places. So grandma, grandpa and anyone else who wants to take my child somewhere can afford to buy their own. I'm going to purchase an extra one so that my husband can go pick her up even if we don't meet up in the meantime to change to seat out. How great is that?
The cup holders on this are nice, too, if that is an issue for you. They slide in an out for easy store and are pretty sturdy and easy for the child to reach. I LOVE this seat and can't wait until my second child is tall enough/weighs enough to be in one. Our lives will change - hey, maybe we will even be able fly instead of drive places because these seats would be easy to check - not like a bulky car seat to lug around.
Anyway, I can't sing it's praises enough. It just makes life easier!!
