The Graco Quattro is the best bang for your buck

frequent driver, safety conscious, budget conscious, a comparison shopper, not rich, looking for value
Pros

    EASY, Convenient, Stroller can still be used alone, Easy to buckle the carseat, Easy to carry baby from car to house.

Cons
    Hard to fit into trunk.

The Graco Quattro does it all.  It has all of the practical features that people don't seem to get anymore in the very expensive luxury strollers, such as a cup holder!  I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Graco for my next child, although I may not have to as they are so strong I can probably use the one I have now again.
