Graco SnugRide —
We were expecting twins and were given the car seats and the matching stroller as a gift. The car seats were great when the only thing that had to be done was click them into the base and go.
The bases were easy to install or remove. The safety harness was easy to use with a single click to undo the whole thing.
The only real negative was that it did become a bit heavy as the babies got older - I need to carry it with two hands. Even with that, I would still go with the Graco again.
