I absolutely love this seat! So lightweight and easy to install. The only thing I don't like is that the canopy doesn't seem to come off so I can wash it. Other than that phenomenal seat for the price!

I received this as a gift for my third child. I loved the cute pattern on the seat and the functionality of the latches. We were involved in a car accident when my 9 month old was seated in this seat. It was a pretty serious accident that totaled our car. While some of the adults in the car were injured she had no injuries! I was so glad to have this seat to protect my child. It's not the ideal way to test a seat, but take it from me I am glad I had this seat in that situation.

We chose the Graco SnugRide carseat for our newest little guy. I've always loved Graco products, and this was no different. It is very easy to transport, comfy for little guy, with a great head/body support, and easy to adjust the harness without disturbing the peanut. I highly recommend this carseat.

Wonderful car seat! As a first time mom I was looking for something that was safe, durable, easy to clean, and comfortable for my little man. After many hours of research, my husband and I settled on the graco snugride35 infant seat. It's got a great safety rating, and excellent easy to use buckles and straps. Everything is easy to adjust, but box safely into place. The seat is very padded and comfortable. There is an adjustable canopy that comes with it that offers a great deal of protection from the weather and the sun. The handle is easy to operate. The base is easy to install, and when you set the seat in it it securely locks into place. The fabric parts are easy to remove and clean. The carrying handle has a nonslip rubber grip making it easy to hang onto when you have other things in your hands as well. Everything is adjustable to fit my sons growing needs. The car seat and base are not incredibly wide so they do not take up so much space in the car. The only thing that I see that could be considered as something bad about the seat, is that it is heavy. I'm sure that that has something to do with the good safety rating that it has, but it gets a little cumbersome when having to carry long distances.

We have used two of these seats. Ease of Installation It takes a good amount of force to get the straps tight enough to hold the base snugly without swinging side-to-side. Because of this, it is pain to loosen and retighten the base when moving from one vehicle to another. But it is very easy to set the top part into the base, and it is easy to I clip the top from the base and remove the top from the vehicle. Child's Comfort The child is held snugly and safely in the seat. But our seat has a vinyl headrest that warms up very quickly. As a result, even if we are driving for awhile with the air conditioner running and the car cool, our children can end up sweating a lot, especially in the head. Design Most of the seat is designed well, especially the holes in the back that allow the shoulder straps to be set at three different positions for as the child grows. But he sun shade that can lift up and down to protect the child's face from the sun is practically useless. It doesn't stay up well, so when it falls, the young baby gets a face full of sun. On top of that, it often falls below the top of the car seat and is in the way when you try to clip the seat into the base. Durability We have used our car seats up to the expiration date without any failures or problems.

We received this car seat as a gift, and as a first-time mother, I didn't know much about car seats. At first, our little one fit into the seat just fine, but it wasn't long before the seat didn't accommodate his body build, the straps became uneven, and the buckle became difficult to hook and unhook. My son has a long torso, so he quickly outgrew the seat. The weight limit on our particular model is 30 pounds, but my little chunk no longer fit comfortable by the time he was 9 months and 25 months. Yes, my son is in the upper percentile for his height and weight, but the car seat's design does not accommodate larger babies; so if your little one is an overachiever, look for a different infant car seat, particularly one with a 40-pound limit. We have no qualms with the quality of safety, but, thankfully, we've never been in an instance in which we had to test it. The installation and use is pretty simple and straightforward. As for comfort, our son never complained. He would fall asleep in it for even short car rides (10 minutes or so). Design Not ideal for larger babies, especially those who grow quickly/are in the upper percentiles of either weight or height. There also seem to be a few structural oversights with the straps and buckle, features that we were disappointed with. If car seats are not easy to use or used incorrectly, they cannot be considered safe, regardless of other safety features. The design patterns are bad; these models come in several different options. Durability Our car seat has been knocked, bumped, scratched, and scrapped, but it still looks pretty good. It's never been in a wreck, so I cannot accurately review the durability of it in a crash.

Been using the SnugRide car seat for 5 months now and I'm very happy with it so far. It's not overly large, very easy to use, has some nice color and pattern options, and is a good price. I actually got the car seat and stroller combo and was concerned that it would be difficult to figure out how to get the seat in to the stroller. I was surprised at how easy it was. We're getting ready to take the head rest portion out and we haven't taken the cloth part out yet to clean, but it seems like it would be pretty simple. Over all I'm very satisfied with it! Ease of Installation My husband installed the base in his car (I had mine done by an inspector) and it took him a while to figure out and he wasn't very sure he'd done it correctly. Turns out that he did! So it must not be that difficult. I am marking an 8 because he was unsure and because of the time it took to do it. But once done, its done! Child's Comfort I don't think is possible to prevent a baby who has fallen asleep in a car seat from having their head fall over in that uncomfortable neck breaking position. It's alarming if you haven't seen it before. Doesn't affect the baby at all and they sleep as if on the best of pillows. So yeah, that still happens, but my daughter has always seemed comfortable in her car seat. Support and Safety Looks like it's doing a good job to me! Ease of Use Installing the base is the worst part. Getting the car seat in and out is a breeze. You could almost use one hand. Design Mine is a very gender neutral blue with some brown and grey. I like it! The only thing that irritates me is the adjustments for the straps at the back. They're to loosen or tighten the straps around the baby. My problem with them is that they dangle and have no way to tuck them away into something so sometimes if I'm going up or down stairs or setting her down on the floor I will accidentally step on the straps and tighten them. They aren't so easy to loosen (which is a good thing, but a pain). Durability Very durable so far!

I love this car seat for so many reasons. It comes in the cutest design patterns for both boys and girls or unisex. Its lightweight, easy to get in and out of the car quickly thanks to the snap in and out stationary base. Easy to buckle and unbuckle my baby in and out and the head rest sits perfectly in place so my baby's head was never "flopping" around, which was one of the things that bothered me the most with prior car seats I had owned. I have no complaints at all with Graco SnugRide Car Seat! Ease of Installation The instructions are easy to follow and make installation even easier. The only real installation for the first several months is the base and that's an easy install, in my opinion. I have a lot of chronic back pain so having easy installation is very important to me. It only took a couple minute to strap the base in and I didn't have to struggle with straps or levers, etc while bent over which would have had my back in terrible shape if the installation was difficult. Child's Comfort My baby always looked so comfy in his seat when he was in it. The way that it sits in the base gives it a slight recline so he didn't look stiff while sitting in it and always fell asleep fast in car rides and in the SnugRide supporting Graco Strollers. The little retractable hood is great for rainy days and really sunny days. It really helped provide my baby with protection from the outside elements when carrying the car seat or having it in the stroller. Support and Safety I always felt my baby was safe and secure in this car seat. It locks in to the base easily yet firmly and it makes a loud "click" so I knew it latched correctly. The level bar indicator is another great feature on the seat so I knew my baby was sitting in the seat in the proper position/angle. If my baby was not, the level would show me that it was uneven. The straps buckle into the seat easily and firmly and the strap pads and head rest provide comfortable and extra support for my child. Ease of Use Using this car seat doesn't get any easier. Easy to pop in and out of the base so it was perfect for when my baby was along with me running errands where we're constantly getting in and out of the car. Since it's lightweight and my baby was lightweight too it didn't hurt my back or arm carrying it from the car into the store or into the house, for example. Design As mentioned in my overall rating, Graco SnugRide has some of the cutest and most innovative, modern designs I've seen in a car seat. Just having a bright and stylish car seat made me feel like I was being the best mom I could be in all areas of being a mom goes. It almost feels like wearing a new pair of shoes. It changed my entire look and my confidence was always high with this car seat. I was never embarrassed by the car seat I would have my baby in and was carrying around. :) Durability The seat may be lightweight but it is very durable. Nothing every felt non sturdy and nothing ever became loose or broke off of the car seat and I used this car seat a lot! Being durable means feeling like I can trust it. When it comes to the safety of my children; trust is everything!

The Graco name is one that we trust in my household and the Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat is no exception. I absolutely love this infant car seat and my son does as well. It is safe, secure, a comfortable ride, and an excellent value for your money. I love that the infant car seat "clicks" into the Graco strollers and bases. I also love that the extra bases are sold separately from the car seat itself. It is nice to be able to freely use the Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat in either car and not having to worry about transferring the base back and forth. In my opinion, this infant car seat is a "must have" if you have having a baby. Ease of Installation This car seat is a little tricky to get level. It takes a couple of tried the level it in your car. Child's Comfort My child love the Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat and falls asleep almost every single time we go anywhere in the car. Support and Safety I love that this car seat has a base (that is already securely attached in the car) that accepts the seat. I am confident that my baby's car seat is securely attached to the base.
