Pros

doubles as a playpen, easy to take down, lightweight, portable, easy to set up

I love the pack and Play. It kept me from going insane with my little one. i can sit him down in it with a few toys and he's good for at least an hour. It gives me time to get things done that I need to do. The bassinet was awesome when he was first born. I could lay him down for a nap in it and then when he woke I shifted him to the changer part and changed his diaper. The diaper and wipes holder that hooks to the side was great, I never had to go far for diapers and could change him quickly so we could get on to the feeding.
