Graco Duoglider Double Stroller Review Summary

“With an infant and a toddler you need something durable a reliable” As “one of the least expensive double strollers,” the Graco Duoglider Double Stroller works well for many parents even though it does have several drawbacks. There is “tons of storage” available on the Douglider including a large storage basket, cup holders and a parent compartment. Keep in mind that some models do not offer great access to the under-basket As to be expected with most double strollers, the Douglider is “large” and “takes up a lot of space in my trunk.” Some reviewers state the Duoglider is “hard to steer” yet others feel they can “easily steer it one-handed.“ The “baby carrier fit nicely into the back seat,” but do note that not all infant car seats are compatible with the Duoglider. Overall the majority of Duoglider owners really enjoy the ability to get around with two kids in tow. Look at more double stroller options here to see which one is best for you.

I have used this stroller probably close to everyday for the past 1 1/2 years.  Seriously.  After I gave birth to my daughter in January 2007, I became an avid walker to try to shed pounds.  I walked close to 2 miles everyday with her in the back section, which lays down completely… read full review »

I have to make a confession about my stroller. I have had the Graco Duoglider for over a year, and I have opened it and/or closed it on my own, unassisted maybe twice. Both times, my children and innocent passers-by were exposed to a string of expletives and I could actually feel my blood boil.… read full review »

This stroller is a good thing for my six month old and my two year old.  It is fairly durable.  I have had a problem with the material fraying under the front seat but I called — Graco and they immediately sent me a new seat so the company is fairly easy to work with.  I have a very hard time fitting in shopping situations.  The stroller is large and hard to steer.  This stroller is best suited for outdoor situations but not jogging.  I took this stroller to an amusement park and it was wonderful and had tons of storage for all the extras needed in a place… read full review »

I would recommend to any parents that if they have the time and patience, shop around at stores that offer a wide selection of strollers, and test drive them with your kids.  What works for one famiy, may not work for another.  My husband and I tried all kinds of strollers at Target, Babies R Us, and Baby Depot (and maybe even some other stores, I can't remember), and finally decided to get this stroller.  We first got this stroller when our oldest was 2 1/2 and our (now) middle child was 3 months old.  We were hoping to find a stroller where we could still… read full review »

This stroller has been a lifesaver for the past 2 years.  Great for twins or two children close in age.  We bought this when our second was born and our son was almost 2.  We used it a lot the first year but when our son turned 3 he was able to stay with us more and we used it only for big outings like theme parks.  Now I do home care for a 7 month old and she and my youngest, now two, are great in it.  I wouldn't be able to go anywhere if it weren't for a good double stroller! — Some of the best features are the ability to get into the basket when the back… read full review »

we bought this stroller after trying the horrible Evenflo double.  We like this one better, but it's not perfect.  I have yet to find a perfect double, though.  If I had it to do over again, I think I might buy a sit n stand b/c my older son who was 2 1/2 when we got it didn't sit in it for long enough.  He likes to just walk now so for the most part we are back to the single stroller. Also, this doesn't work with Evenflo infant seats like we had. — — It squeaks and all Graco doubles that I hear in the mall sound exactly the same.  I always know when… read full review »

Get the LX model.  It is worth the little extra money.  It turns great even in the crowded isles during the holidays.  I love this stroller.  — I have a toddler and a baby and I use this all the time and have been for 8 months.  It is great that the infant car seat fit right in and with the canopies close people don't even notice the baby in the back, which is great when she is sleeping.  —  The basket is easy to get to even with the car seat in the back.  Easy to collapse down and just a great stroller.  —  There are a… read full review »

I got this stroller when my second child was born.  I had my husband test "drive" it in the store with both kids in it.  After trying many strollers we settled on this style.  It pushes easily and can hold alot of stuff in the basket.  — I am now a mother of 3 and I STILL use this stroller.  I can hold the diaper bag along with everything I purchase in the basket underneath.  The only downfall to the basket is if something slips to the front of the stroller it is hard to reach. — This stroller does take alot of trunk space in a smaller car but WILL… read full review »

Double strollers are a necessity - though not very fun. While convenient to hold 2 children at once, the Graco double is the best available of the options in its price range. The back seat will hold an infant carrier and the ron t seat can hold a toddler. If teh toddler is tall though, they may bump their head into the infant carrier (mine does) and the front seat cannot recline when the carrier is in teh back. So no satisfying naps in front! However, hen the baby gets a bit bigger, the back seat can recline and the baby can get strapped in so the child in front can recline. The only… read full review »

As far as double strollers go, this one pretty much fills the bill nicely.  It is a nice, easy to clean fabric and has a nice visual appeal.  People stop me and ask me where I got this stroller all the time.  There is plenty of room for my toddler in the front and my baby in his carrier in the back facing me.   The basket underneath is large enough to accommodate a large diaper bag and a small shopping bag.  It turns very easily and is fairly easy to get through most doorways and shopping aisles.  I find it extremely easy to open and close.  I have done… read full review »

I love this stroller! When my twins were smaller I was easily able to put their infant seats into the stroller without disturbing them. Now that they are out of the infant seats, they love looking around. The rear seat fulling reclines for comfortable sleeping and the partial recline of the front seat also makes for more comfortable sleeping. The stroller is easy to open and close. It is very easy to maneuver and I can easily steer it one-handed. The only downside is that it takes up a lot of room in my small trunk. But, any tandem double stroller would do that. I think the tandem stroller is… read full review »

As a first time mom (of twins) I LOVE this stroller.  The fact that the kids will have this thing until I can no longer get parts is a BIG plus for me.  The versatility of using the infant carriers or not was a very important feature when the kids were littler. — — The turning radius on this thing is amazing and of course it's easy to push and maneuver with only one hand (witness me at the grocery store).  — — The only drawbacks I have found is that it is large (we had to buy a minivan since it took up all the cargo space in my Escape), and that if… read full review »

I really like this stroller! I have daughters that are 2 years apart & this really came in handy. I love that my baby carrier fit nicely into the back seat. The double canopies are great for sunny days. The stroller pushes easily & fits through doorways. It is not too heavy or awkward to fold up. I can actually fit stuff in the basket underneath & can access the basket from the seat area too. The drink holders in the front seat & up on the handles are a must-have accessory too. I wish the back seat had a drink holder too. (I wonder if this can be special ordered?) I have been very… read full review »

I had the Graco Duo-Glider stroller for my twin boys.  I really liked the huge storage bin under the stroller.  I also liked the drink holder and covered compartment for the parent, as well as cup holder for the front child.  The cover for the front seat tended to fall off a lot and was hard to open and close, but that was the only flaw I saw.  It was easy to open and close using the one handed control.  It was a little heavy, but it is a double stroller, so it can't be too light.  Both seats reclined for the boys to take naps and each had their own seatbelts to… read full review »

If you have more than one child this Graco  Duoglider Stroller is absolutely what you need! Easy to fold and store & easy to pop open when in a rush. I couldn't live without mine! When ever one of my children is sleeping this comes in so handy to just lay them back and let them sleep understurbed while the other baby sits up and plays. Whenever we are on vacation this is the first thing we make sure is in the car. It holds alot of extra bags and items when we go to the theme parks too! I have 4 small children and 2 of them are able to walk. I bought an extra seat-to-go attachment wich is… read full review »
