Graco DuoGlider Double Stroller —
I bought a Graco DuoGlider stroller when I had my twins two years ago. It worked great for them as infants and still is used regularly to keep my toddlers from running off! It was the only stroller we could find at the time that was capable of holding two infant carseat carriers and it really has a nice setup. The large storage basket underneath is great. We're able to stuff the kids coats or our shopping bags and diaper bag down there easily. The only problem we have with it is now that the boys are getting bigger, there is less leg room in the back seat, so one of the twins tends to kick the other! There are detachable snack trays for both seats with drink holders, which is a nice feature, and the front canopy is also removable. I like being able to keep those extra pieces off when I don't need them.
