I thought this product was great. It wasn't the cheapest monitor available, but definetely not the most expensive either. I wanted one that was super sensitive since I wasn't able to shell out the big bucks to get a video monitor. We started using this when my son was 6 months old, when we moved him to his bedroom clear on the other side of our 2900 sq ft home. It worked great.
