Gourmet has made my life

I can't say enough good things about Conde Nast and Gourmet magazine. I started reading Gourmet in the late 70's. It taught me how to cook, how to entertain, the art of fine wine and travel. It changed my life completely. Thank you Gourmet. The rating should have been 10 stars but that wasn't an option. The back issues are great. You can still order them.

Gourmet is a lovely magazine, with exciting photos and great recipes. However, I would prefer not so much travel and more easily executed recipes. Also, some of the ingredients are very hard for the cook to find. I do love rambling through the food parts and the photos.
