Goodyear - Assurance TripleTred Tires —
I researched these tires for several weeks before I purchased them. The Goodyear Assurance Tripletred tires were ranked very high by Consumer Reports. Also, there were outstanding reviews by owners of these tires. I purchased these tires on sale for $75 a tire, plus an additional mail-in-rebate. The factors I looked at in this purchase included a tire made by a reputable manufacturer, cost, handling ability on snow and in rain, smooth ride, and warranty (80,000 miles). At this point, I have only put on 3,000 miles on them but I am very satisfied. An added bonus was the appearance of the tire. The tread is very cool.
