My cats can be finicky as most, therefore I tend to try a lot of new things and switch around to see what the food du jour will be. I had coupons for this food that ended up making it free. What is better than that? Well, the good thing is that the cats do like it. For the most part it does not look processed like a lot of wet cat foods. The kind I am reviewing with turkey, brown rice and harvest vegetables in gravy actually looks like it has pieces of real turkey in it. I must admit I was a little sceptical about the rice and vegetables. Cats after all are carnivores. But, friends have told me of vegetable eating kitties so I thought I would let them decide. For the most part, as long as I do not give them too large a portion at one time they will eat it up most of the time. This is good. There is nothing like paying good money for cat food only to have them lick just the gravy off of it, which is what they will do frequently with other brands. It is slightly higher priced then some, but averages out because it has a half of an ounce more than the average 3 ounce can.
