I was introduced to what I could almost call a Good Eats addiction, by my sister a few months ago. Having tasted the good work that comes from watching his amazing show I know he knows what he's talking about. He teaches you recipes, but teaches you why you mix certain things together. Two thumbs up for Alton Brown! You have to see him to believe it, you'll never know what hit you!
