I can say very few good things about this movie.   The storyline was bad.  The actors and actresses did a bad job.  It made me a little sick with the child molesters and killers.  Ed Harris and Morgan Freeman do a pretty good job as detectives in this horrific tale about this little girl who was kidnapped because her mother is a  crackhead.  This child's mother spends all day abusing drugs while toting along her small daughter.  The girl gets taken due to some money stolen from a small time drug dealer.  She is missing for days upon weeks.  The aunt hires two locals who know everyone in the area to find the missing girl. They do all they can do, but it is just not enough.  There are a few twists and turns in the end and a conspiracy is uncovered.  In the end, the little girl is found and returned to her loser mother.  It didn't make for a good movie in my book.

Sure doesn't sound entertaining to me either! I do like Morgan Freman though.

Ed Harris and Morgan Freeman are excellent actors. I haven't seen this one yet though ~

I have to respectfully disagree with you on this one. I found this movie to be well acted and thought provoking. There are no easy answers sometimes, and this film was about that. It was unsettling, but in all the right ways. But, that's why they make different kinds of films, cause there are all us different kinds of folks out here. I can appreciate you point of view!

With Ed Harris and Morgan Freeman in the lineup, I would expect something better. It sounds like this is a movie to avoid.
