Gold's Gym is a well known name in the gym world and it makes sense to put their name on exercise equipment, however, I don't think they picked the right machine, It is really durable. It has a high weight capacity and is designed to run all day every day but other than that I think it is lacking in a few places. As a woman I don't like that my weight stays on the display for the next person to see, also, there is almost no cushioning under the belt. I have gotten shin splints twice because I prefer to walk on an incline when I use a treadmill. This has not happened on any other treadmill and they HURT! These treadmills are also incredibly expensive. You can get the same features in a treadmill for half the cost. If you train heavily this might be good for you otherwise, if you are just looking for a treadmill that will help you lose weight or keep you in shape, spend less money and get something else. Performance There is nothing about this treadmill that makes it stand out compared to others. It is just a treadmill in my opinion. Comfort I have had issues walking on this before. I like to walk at an incline and it caused me to have shin splints. I have never had this problem with other treadmills. This happened to a friend of mine as well. It doesn't have the best cushioning under the belt so make sure you wear VERY comfortable sneakers. Ease of Use It is easy to use when someone shows you. Otherwise you may be intimidated by the display with so many options. Just start walking and you can figure it out. Durability It is very durable. It was designed to be used all day every day and has a 500 pound capacity on it. Design I wish the panel was a little more user friendly. I don't like that it will save your information. As a woman having your weight displayed can be embarrassing. It stays on there for the next user. This should be wiped away. Also, the treadmill is very wide so it may not fit in every home gym space.

This is a really good value treadmill as the price isn't very prohibitive while providing many features that more expensive treadmills provide. It's pretty easy to put together, offers an LCD display, a jack for your ipod, six different motor speeds, and a heart rate monitor. It also has movable handlebars to work out your upper body but unfortunately the bars are a little flimsy for my tastes. The resistance knobs that control the handlebars are a little wonky and worth more trouble than they are worth as I feel the feature isn't really a make or break feature of the treadmill. The treadmill's pretty sturdy and solidly built minus the handlebars. The treadmill can be folded up for extra space but I would recommend having another person to help you as the device is pretty heavy as one would expect. You have to fold up one part of the treadmill while keeping one part upright so it can be a little tricky to go at it alone. Overall, I would recommend this product.

I was very disappointed with this treadmill and really let down. It didn't come close to meeting my expectations. I was told this was one of the budget treadmills, but clearly it was not a budget for what I spent and the frustration of it all would be the only reason they'd call it a budget. After it taking an unprecedented amount of time to get the gigantic machine together, the second time I used it there were problems. The belt of the treadmill seemed to not be working properly and after a few more uses just went altogether. My husband actually fixed it which was a bit of a relief and I did not want to deal with any customer service because they end up costing more and being more aggravating than the situation itself. The treadmill does have a lot of features which seems nice. However, after a few weeks most of nice features would not work properly and I was completely fed up and had it returned. It was not worth getting fixed and it was not helping me lose weight because half the time it was not working. I definitely would not recommend this machine.

This was a great purchase I made when I purchased the Gold's gym crosswalk 650 Treadmill. I love that I was able to use this the treadmill for this long winter instead of having to go outside in the cold weather. I have been able to lose about 30 pounds in 2 months ever since I purchased this treadmill. I was 180 pounds at 5 foot 7 and I am at 150 pounds now and now I just try to stay at the weight, this treadmill helps me do just that. I am able to choose how fast I want to run on the treadmill, from 1-10 Miles Per Hour. The treadmill comes with speakers which lets me choose from 6 workout routines. I can speed I run, the distance and calories burned on the display screen. It is also has a heart rate monitor to tell me what it is. I am able to fold the treadmill which saves me a ton of space since it does take a large space when it is not folded. I love the look to it, looks very modern. For the price I could not have gotten a better treadmill I believe, definitely worth what i paid and more in my opinion. Performance Great for running indoors. Comfort Very comfortable. Ease of Use Very simple to use. Durability Have had it for a while now. Design Love the look to it.

I have always wanted my own treadmill. I love to walk and walk everywhere, but I do have a tendency to get bored. I figured always, if I had a treadmill that I would be able to either listen to music and run or watch my favorite tv shows and be on the treadmill. What could be better then killing two birds with one stone? I was happy to find this treadmill, because it has met all of my expectations and it has been a life saver to not only myself but my daughter. Weight loss is a very hard thing for some and finding the proper time to exercise is not always the easiest to find. Having such a great machine in my house has made it a lot easier for us to stay in shape. The performance of the treadmill certainly went above and beyond anything I was wanting. If you are looking for a great machine at a decent price, this is the treadmill for you! I had a bit of apprehension about using a treadmill (I never had) but the ease of use, was amazing and I noticed results right away. Anyone who is looking to own their own exercising equipment needs to start with this machine!!

I got this at the beginning of winter hoping to lose some weight before summer came and I am so glad I bought this. This is an amazing machine it have 7 different levels you can chose from depending on what you want to do with your body, like lose weight, or performance. I also like the fact you can work out your arms to which helps to burn a few extra calories in the process. Like most treadmills it has the options of speed and incline. I was overweight when I first started to use this machine and my knees would hurt from any strenuous activity. Walking and running never bothered my knees whenever I used the treadmill and it was very comfortable on my body. It is also very easy to use in many ways you just set the speed and incline you want then you are good to go until you are done with your workout. I recommend this for anyone who's looking to lose weight or for those who just want to stay fit.

I hate running outside because I always pack on the layers so once I start sweating, I have to take off a bunch of my layers. So I decided to buy a treadmill and my friends said that Gold's Gym treadmill was the best so I went out and bought one. Performance I love the challenges that it has such as inclines and changing speed. It has a personal trainer mode which I use everyday because it's so helpful! Also, if you don't want to get too sweaty when you're running like me, this treadmill has a fan in it and I can choose if I want it to be on high or low. It also measures my heart rate and I find that really helpful because I like to see how hard I am working out and it brings a sense of accomplishment. Comfort I love the material that the hand grips are made of because my hands don't slip off whenever I start sweating. Durability I have had mine since 2010 so for 4 years and I have had no problems with it ever since I bought it. Design It fits in small spaces so when I want to work out while watching my children I just bring this treadmill into the neighboring room and work out there while still listening for any sounds.

I love the movable arm parts because I get to work out my arms and legs at the same time, while getting my daily cardio. This treadmill is not noisy at all which is a big factor for me. The motor has a very high horsepower so it goes very fast with ease. The high horsepower also prevents me from slipping when I run, I go about 5 mph. The walking surface is long and spacious which makes the run much more comfortable. The controls are easy to use and have safety features in them. For example, the safety clip, which stops the treadmill if you happen to fall. This is a high quality machine and worth the purchase

I bought this treadmill back in 2008 so I could start losing weight and help my arms at the same time. I really enjoyed this treadmill and I used it as much as I could, about 4-5 miles everyday for 7 months! I am only 120 pounds so it does very well of carrying my weight but we have had my husband who is 200 on there and it still holds up its power. This does have a built in fan that comes with two settings, just hi and low. Also comes with an audio input and speakers, though the speakers really aren't spectacular but they do the job. The arm bars are nice for if you want to work out your arms at the same time as running, It can be kind of hard of trying to focus on running and moving your arms a certain way but it's nice for walking. This also has a heartrate monitor if you put both hands on the bars but I really don't know how accurate this is. It also comes with a personal trainer mode, you can choose to run a 5k or 10k, hills, a 10% grade on treadmill lift and many different training modes, and I mean MANY! So overall, this is a great and powerful treadmill with many great features. I now use it only twice a week at 5 miles each time and it still works as great as the day I got it!
