Gold's Gym 450 Review

I purchased a Gold's Gymj treadmill about a year ago at Wal-mart. This treadmill has been a great purchase it is used almost daily and has had no problems. It can be programmed for workouts based on your needs.  6 personal trainer workouts automaticalle adjust the speed and incline of the treadmill to help you meet your calorie burning goal for the day. If you don't want to do the pre-programmed workouts it has 0-10mph control that lets you change the speed of the treadmill with the push of a button and 0-10% power incline to raise or lower the level of the treadmill to adjust the intensity of your workout. Your workout is displayed to track your speed, distance, time, calories burned and a racetrack that tracks your progress. The Gold's Gym treadmill also has a dual grip heart rate monitor that uses sensors to monitor your heart rate. Other features of this treadmill are a built in fan, quiet tread belt that measures 18"X50" and a 275lb. weight capacity.
