I have two children who both need my attention and supervision.  My 18 month old is wanting some independence when walking around and the Goldbug 2 in 1 Harness Buddy helped to solve the safety issue of giving such a young child more independence.  The harness is easy to put on.  The harness comes in a variety of animals (although where I bought it from only had two choices).  The tail is like a leash and is a perfect length.  The tail can come unattached if needed.  The tail is soft and matches the animal fur and this helps with not having the total feeling of it being a leash.  The tail can connect directly to the back or on the side. The harness buddy is suppose to also double as a backpack and on the box it is described as a "roomy pocket." Please not that this is all it is, just a roomy pocket.  There is a lot of stuffing and this is what takes up so much space in the pocket area.  This is not a big concern because you are not going to weigh down your toddler with a filled up backpack. The harness buddy looks very cute and looks like it is going on a piggy back ride.  My 5 year old even loves wearing just the harness budddy (no tail!) and it fits him too!  I think it was reasonably priced at the store and will get much use.
