Seriously, I can't say enough against this place. Went in here to buy a car that I'd previously picked out - point being I was an easy sale. The young and immature (two very different traits only one being negative) sales person laid on the high-pressure antics. I explained what car I wanted and asked what the sticker price was. He replied with asking "how much I want my monthly payments to be". The experience went downhill from there and I ended up walking out on him. Gold Coast Infiniti my butt...More like FOOLS GOLD Coast Infiniti...Where do I start???  They charged me $250+ for a key fob (Note to self...NEVER lose an itelli-key.) While my car was there for that, they scraped and dented by fender (but didn't tell me.) I had to drive it BACK (150 miles) to them to fix and they gave me a loaner, compleete with dents and scratches and gouged wheels...with NO gas. (I put in $82 which Nissan USA reimbursed to me...they are good, Infiniti GC is not.) I bought a car from here in December- Still haven't received the title for my car and I have to call once a week for them to send me temporary plates....they always send it after the other temp. plate has expired.  Once the sales person sold me the car- that was the last I heard from him after numerous attempts to get an additional key for the car as well as fix this title situation. Took over 3 weeks, over a dozen phone calls (after they would not pick up we would call from another number and VOILA they answer), and threats to sue all to FINALLY get the car title mailed to my address. —  Upon picking up the car, they simply just handed the keys over, no explanation of simple car functions, nothing of the sort. Bought an extended warentee from them in November.  They took the 10% down and never sent the application in to Infinity's warentee.  To make it worse, they kept the 10% and never gave it to the warentee compant (ie. stole it).  They refuse to return any phone calls.  Don't buy a stick of gum from these jerks —… read full review »

I was in the process of buying a vehicle from dealer,I negotiated a price was advised by sales lady Denille the the deal was 100% done, we could have the vehicle in a couple of days,i put  $ 2,500.00 deposit down.Wheni called to make arrangements to pick up vehicle i was told it was sold,to make matters worse i 'am still having problem getting my deposit back,i think the next call will be to the Attornry Gereral's office.Buyers beware this is a terrible dealership to do business… read full review »
