Quick View: I hate taking medication but I have to take thyroid medication daily without fail or else I will feel cruddy. I also take a multi vitamin, Benecal chews to insure good cholesterol, and Omega 3 supplements daily. This pill case organizes my stuff so I never forget or go without on long weekends away from home.

About Going in Style Leather Pill Case - 4 day

This stylish leather case holds four generous sized pill bottles by way of sturdy elastic bands. The color choices are black and red. It is 5 x 2 ¾ inches and comes with a cloth carrying case to protect the leather. I bought the red one because it stands out from everything else I own and pack. I have tons of black cases of every size. The pill vials are clear with a screw on lid.

Most people use these bottles to put their daily pills in, all pills for a day in each vial. I use it differently. I put my thyroid medication in one vial, my vitamins in another, my Omega 3 in another, and my Benecol chews in the last. I can actually use this case for several more than four days this way and, because it is very obvious which pill (or chew) is which, I never get mixed up. Of course, the drawback is that I can forget a pill and not know it if I don't put the exact amount needed in the vials. But, I am very diligent and I set out my thyroid pill the night before so I can take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The others, I take with meals and my brain remembers that, after every meal, I take either a vitamin or Omega 3 and the Benecol Chews. It works perfectly for me.

I like that these vials aren't marked. I could substitute actual prescription bottles for the ones that come with this case but I don't. I know what they are and that is all that matters. Perhaps if I were taking four prescriptions a day that were very important, I would put the vials in instead or put all my daily pills in each vial to be 100% sure I took everything I needed that day. Any way you do it is right for you.

My Viewpoint

I love this case. It is very handy for overnights, weekend trips, or even longer ones. It's classy in leather and very high quality. It's also compact. It works really well for me. They also sell seven and 14 day cases that are similar in leather if your need is greater. 5 stars. What's not to love?

This is my 800th review! The time has flown by! I look forward to writing many more reviews.
