I'm a novice.  Only tried ROux once before. OK, but not nearly as easy as Godefroy.  I purchased GOdefroy in NYC on vacation, just to try.  Love it!  It is easy to apply, stays where you put it, and the results look great. Very little skin staining.  Now that I'm back home in NC, I'm getting it over the internet.
