It's easy to use and less messy than other teeth whitening treatments but is nothing more than hydrogen peroxide and a few inert ingredients. I love trying new whitening methods for my teeth abut every 6-12 months or so, even though my teeth are pretty white to begin with.  I do drink lots of coffee, tea and red wine so they are prone to staining.  I had seen the GOSMILE system before and finally saw it on sale so Ibought it (regular price was just too much for me to justify.)  The kit I bought contained 20 whitening ampoules and 10 tough up ampoules for after drinking wine, or coffee out of the house when you cant brush immediately.  The ampoules are a plastic tube with a cardboard cover and a spongey tip.  To release product...

I'm a biiiig fan of Sephora and buy products from them frequently.  The GOsmile system looked like a great idea, so I gave it a try.  Being a smoker and heavy coffee drinker, I can tell you that I noticed a difference in only a day or two.  This is not made for someone who wants those unnaturally white teeth, but if you want to brighten up your smile a bit, they work well.  Quick, convenient and easy to use.  Only 10 days, twice a day once or twice a year.  They ARE a little expensive, but it sure beats 400 for an office whitening.
