I want to begin by thanking GoECart for their timely and professional assistance helping rescue us what turned out to be a platform migration disaster. We have been a happy merchant of GoECart's for years, pleased with the services being received. In an effort to cut costs, our company began researching lower cost options for our Ecommerce Platform. Our research led us to select a new platform and cost friendly implementation firm. The migration itself and the impact to our business was disastrous. Revenues, conversion rates and traffic plummeted, redirects were a mess, SEO appeared to be ignored - we were bleeding badly. The quality of support I experienced, both during and post migration was subpar at best and the results much worse. In desperation, I contacted GoECart who stepped in right away and helped get our old website up and running and began repairing the damage. Their professional staff, expertise and responsiveness both during and after business hours was great, staying in constant contact and offering guidance wherever possible. Even more importantly, the time spent was not done to benefit their business or for pay, simply because they have heart for small business and a strong belief in partnering with their merchants. When evaluating solutions, it is so important to look beyond the monthly expense. In reality, lower cost solutions can cost much more than the monthly subscription debit taken from your bank account.

Great platform for fast growing companies

Decorating with Lace Outlet has been with GoECart for nearly 4 years. We've found the GoECart 360 platform to be very fast, feature-rich and easy to use, and especially suited for fast growth businesses. GoECart system uptime has been over 99.9% and I can't remember a time in the last 4 years when my website was down or pages loading slow. The software has lots of built-in features to generate more traffic and sales. Social media integration, full SEO support, CRM, Affiliate Marketing, rich media, automated transactional emails such as abandoned cart recovery, just to mention a few. While the system is quite flexible as is, customizations are also available for folks looking to implement a completely unique user experience and/or business workflow. GoECart's customer service and technical support is absolutely EXCELLENT; it is one of the best I have encountered in my 30+ years of business experience. If you are a brand new startup and/or just getting started, GoECart solution might be an overkill unless you are expecting fast growth and don't wish to change platforms in a year or two. We have never had any downtime with Goecart. The site is safe and secure and is totally easy to use with respect to our customer orders. Making changes is always easy and the back-end administrative panel is very user friendly. We even got a call from Goecart before the busy holidays to check in with us to see if we needed anything. Goecart is a very proactive company.

In the age of instant connection everything is reviewed. From the food you eat to the doctor you visit, the "reviews" you need are always available in an instant. But, how many are real? How many are paid for? How many can you truly "trust?" WE are "real" people reviewing GoECart because GoECart has helped our business grow and become more efficient. We wanted to share our thoughts with anyone who has gone through what we did before we found GoECart. Below is our GoECart review. My husband and I own a mid-sized retail ecommerce business since 2003. We have been through quite a few shopping carts and ecommerce platforms in the past and have come to know the difference between a good ecommerce solution and a bad one. Without hesitation, we rank GoECart as a good one. The best ecommerce solution we've had. We've been with GoECart since 2009 and have no intention of going anywhere else. Before GoECart, we were forced to switch our ecommerce platforms frequently. Anyone one who owns an ecommerce business knows how costly and frustrating that can be. The fact we have stayed with GoECart for 3 years now speaks volumes. Most online retailers have their horror stories to tell, and I can honestly say we have not had one bad story to tell about GoECart. Ecommerce software platforms we've had in the past were less expensive than GoEcart, but ultimately they ended up costing us a lot more. Our past sites have crashed and been hacked. We lost sales and customer confidence. And we always had to pay someone to fix the problem. We have NEVER had any downtime with Goecart. Goecart is not the least expensive option out there, but feeling confident that the site is safe, secure and easy to use is totally worth it. You get what you pay for. We've had the less expensive ones, and in the end, it cost us more. We now manage our own online store. Before, we had to hire developers and programmers. Past solutions required a lot more technical skills to do even the simplest things. It was like being held hostage. GoECart's backend admin panel lets you control EVERYTHING, from content and image placement to shipping and payments. It's basically 1 click easy. Sure you can use all the code you want but you can also use a very simple WYSIWYG editor for most of the backend tools you'll need. When shopping for a new solution, EASE-OF-USE was incredibly important to us. From the minute we looked at the GoECart demo store, we could understand and figure it out, even before our first training session. It was very liberating and empowering to finally be able to edit our home page and easily add products. GoECart does give you all the tools to do it yourself. If technical support is important to you, GoEcart's is fast, efficient and with a personal touch. From the easiest questions to the most complex, they are handled professionally and quickly. We received one on one training from them at the beginning and every care was taken to ensure our store ran with ease. And still, if something comes up, when we call we are greeted by our first names. Hats off to Chris and Dennis in GoECart tech support. My husband even calls to see how the weather is in Connecticut (we're in California) and the call is always answered on the first ring, no hoops to jump through to get to them. My husband's only gripe is tech support does not have a toll free number but they told us it's coming soon. All in all, do compare with the other providers, we did and we know we made the right decision to go with GoECart. Hope you find this authentic GoECart review helpful. I like their integrated order management system with ecommerce platform. Crm is a nice touch. Comparable to netsuite but better suited for ecommerce merchants. They have nice site search feature too. Not recommended for really small stores.

GoECart user experience rivals top ecommerce sites. With their enterprise grade Order Management software, it saved my company the thousands it would've cost to purchase and integrate a separate OMS. Their user-friendly and highly functional site management capabilities allow non-techy users like me to configure the content easily. They do not allow you to upload your own custom software code. So, you are dependent on them for any source code customizations. But, they do support your customizations for life.

Goecart Has Met Our Needs

Goecart has been our 3rd ecommerce platform in 2 years and hopefully our last one. With our older "stores" we had many problems with os commerce, web developers, security and support. Let me preface this review with we are not a big company and our technology expertise is limited, but Goecart has a very user-friendly backend. Very, very easy to add products. We have been able to eliminate having a webmaster. Goecart really makes a point of teaching you how to operate your own store. They have a very good support team that actually answers the phone and responds to emails quickly. The Intelligent SEO is very helpful. And it seems we are very well-indexed. Also, being able to see what is in abandoned carts helps with any troubleshooting. A couple of problems we have encountered: 1) The store offers only 3 options for categories. We have products that easily fit into 6 categories. We are limited to only the three. 2) We have noticed that alt tags only appear when using the Explorer browser. Goecart is expensive especially for a small store. We really don't have need nor do we use all of the features it offers, but if we expand, the option is there. We have been very satisfied. After having so many bad experiences with other stores, finally we do have peace of mind.

I have evaluated the GoECart Mid-Market Solution. Below are some notable features of their mid market solution. 1.       Very cost effective - high value for investment in the platform. Enterprise class advanced ecommerce features at a small business price. In my opinion this is the most impressive thing about GoECart. Generally you would have to go for an enterprise solution which can easily cost six figures annually plus boat loads more for implementation. 2.      SaaS delivery model allows for easier, automatic upgrades. They do major upgrades at least twice a year. 3.      Continues to build on inherent functions (site search, SEO, merchandising, social media, recommendations), providing increased value in total cost of ownership (TCO). Once again, if you are looking at solutions like Marketlive, NetSuite, Demandware, Magento etc. you must check out GoECart first. And, it's ways above the lower end solutions - both in product and services. 4.      User-friendly and highly functional site management capabilities allow non-technical users to configuration and content easily. Downsides:1. They do not allow you to upload your own custom software code. So, you are dependent on them for any source code customizations. But, they do support your customizations for life. 2. The product is not suitable for large softgood downloads like Movies etc. You are better off looking at alternate solutions if that is what you are looking to do.
