First of all, I am a huge fan of Gnc because the great products you can get at a low price. This one is the most standard multivitamin for active women that are under fifty years old. I take this every morning and I really feel like I get a bit of extra energy from the vitamins. It does have a very weak fishy smell because of the omega three oil but it did not disturb me much. It is also timed-release so you get a dosage throughout the day even though you take it in the morning or evening. I usually wait for sales to buy them because they have sales almost every month. You can also become a gold member and get a discount every time you buy, but I realized that just getting the vitamins during sales is better. The standard vitamins are always on sale and you don't get to combine the gold membership with the sale price. So the price is better just getting the sale price than getting the gold membership discount.

GNC has grouped together all of the vitamins that women need for good health, energy, and good mood. There are a total of 8 to 12 vitamins in each pack. One package of vitamins per day are already individually wrapped. Although it is a lot to swallow, the benefits are amazing.

After deciding that it was time to switch to a better vitamin, I decided to give Gnc Womens Active Vitapack a try. I knew when I purchased the vitamin packs that there were a different pills in the packs, but didn't realize how many. I found most of the vitamins to be rather large and hard to swallow. When I did manage to get the vitamins down, they left a horrible aftertaste which made me feel sick to my stomach. I found that I was getting more headaches than ever before. I do however have to say that after all the side effects wore away, I did have more energy as well as started losing a few pounds while taking the Gnc Women Active Vitapak. I guess you have to take some good with bad in all things but that's not what I expect in a vitamin. I myself would not recommend Gnc Women Active Vitapak. It was just my experience that these particular vitapaks were overrated and overpriced. I would not suggest them to anyone.

These are convenient packets that contain the vitamins and minerals needed for an active woman. In really like the multi vitamin, which I have taken on its own before. They have your vitamins and minerals plus green tea and ginsing for a natural energy that really works. I stopped taking my multi for a week once because I ran out and I noticed I was more tired than usual. By the end of the week I realized it was because I wasn't taking my vitamins. The day I repurchased and took them I felt back to normal. The pack also has CLA, which helps remove belly fat, and l carnatine, which helps convert fat into energy. I wouldn't use this pak as a weight loss tool, but it is definitely a good maintenance tool. I also like that this pak gives you calcium and an energy enhancer (I don't always take that one, as i do love my coffee, but when i need an extra boost it is great). The pack is convenient because I can just throw it in my bag and take it whenever. GNC makes great vitamins I won't be switching any time soon.

There are so many pills in the packet that it starts to get annoying.  After about a week I dreaded taking the vitamins because they smell bad and made me want to gag.  I had to start taking them with orange juice.  The energy pills made me a little jittery and sometimes gave me nausea.  Overall for what you pay I do not think it is worth it nor did it change the way I feel.

I don't really have much time to do the exercise I'd like to. As a result, I'm tired all the time, don't eat well, and just plain grumpy. GNC active vitapacks have all the vitamins I need to get on a daily basis, to make up for my lack of vita-intake. The packs come with energy boosters, so I no longer fall asleep in all my classes (oops). I feel much more awake, alert, and alive since I started taking these vitapacks. I finally have the motivation to get off my butt and LIVE. The only con- it takes three swallows to get them all down, and the gelly pill turns your pee lemon yellow.
