Gluten-Free Pantry
Olive Oil & Garlic Croutons

I like Gluten-Free Pantry Olive Oil & Garlic Croutons because they are the only croutons I have been able to find that taste good and have a good flavor. These croutons are crunchy and are a little harder than other croutons, but at least they do not taste like cardboard. It has no trans fat and no saturated fat.

My Viewpoint
I have Celiac Disease, which prevents me from eating foods with gluten and wheat in it. I use these croutons on my salads, soups, and in my favorite recipes such as squash casserole and salmon patties.

It is very hard finding foods that are gluten/wheat-free. The price of these foods can run a little higher, but it is worth the cost. I have been unable to find these croutons in the grocery stores in my area. I order these croutons at amazon.com in bulk for $22.98 (You get 6 boxes, which usually last me a couple of months). You can get FREE SHIPPING if you order over $25.00.

Please note: Amazon does run-out of these croutons often.

I would recommend the Gluten-Free Pantry Olive Oil & Garlic Croutons to anyone with Celiac Disease or intolerance to gluten and/or wheat. I give it 4 stars because it is sometimes hard to find them!

When I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease some of the products that were out there tasted awful. My favorite companies are Pamela's Products and GF Pantry. I will be writing more reviews on GF products soon!

Several in our playgroup are GF, it's always good to find one more thing to add to my list!

Thanks for the info. I have IBS and never know what will bother my stomach. I know I can only eat a little at a time or else I get bad stomach cramps and feel sick.My husband's grandson has Celiac's and it is so hard for a little 4 year old boy to understand that he can never eat certain things again. He has other food allergies too so it's very tough to find things he CAN eat. I'm glad you are finding foods that you can eat that actually taste good. Special diets are tough to adhere to and tougher when everything tastes gross.

You would definitely know if you have it. When I eat something with wheat / gluten, my stomach really hurts. I have pills I take when I go out to eat in case there is wheat / gluten in their foods. I lost a lot of weight when I got Celiac Disease. It is like being on a diet. I am glad you liked the review.

I know so many people with Celiac's. A few doctors thought I might have it but never followed up. I assume I would know if I did though. Good review!
