Glucerna makes cereal for those trying to watch their sugar intake, but these cereals taste great for anyone.  I love the Strawberries N Flakes variety because it is a mixture of crunchy bran flakes and real dried strawberries.  I always loved Special K Red Berries, and this is so much better.  It is low in calories, only about 140 per serving, and contains whole grains and a low amount of sugar.  It is low in fat and every bite is a crunchy mixture of whole grains and sweet strawberries.  The flakes stay crunchy through a whole bowl of milk and the strawberries have just the right amount of sweetness and aren't too chewy in texture.  This cereal is hard to find, but when you do find it you will love every bite.  This is my new favorite way to start out the day with a healthy breakfast, and because it is healthy and filled with hearty flakes, it keeps me filled until lunchtime.
