I am a regular user of Globster.com, so this time I had to fly from Vancouver to Los Angeles for an urgent meeting. As always booking process is smooth, streamlined and hassle-free. While I was booking, there was some promotional offer going on the website, it helped me to get $20 off on my ticket. I will be coming back soon to Globester to book my tickets for vacation in Sep 2014. Kudos to Globester team for such user-friendly website.

I tried to look for hotels in Europe and I went to the site to see if I can get some good deals. Well not sure if they don't sell hotels in Europe (I need a room in Hamburg - a major city in Germany). I tried and tried it said no result found - really frustrating. Then I moved on to do a search in Shanghai - there they do have hotels but then the prices for Marriott hotels are basically the same as from Marriott's official page - so why on earth should I be buying from them, since I get nothing out of booking with them. Maybe I'll look if I need a room in the US but I seriously doubt that I'll find a good deal there. Ease of Use The interface is very similar to other booking sites - it's probably a mirror site of booking.com with a lot fewer hotels. Features Their inventory is simply weak - if they are not selling so many hotels, and the price is not cheap. There is absolutely no point in even going to their site to have a look. Customer Service Haven't dealt with them, so no idea.

Avoid this travel agent that requires copies of passports and credit cards for foreign travel unlike Orbitz,Travelocity,etc. They also promise that you can cancel your trip arrangement within 24 hours after making a reservation.Not true as they demand a @200 per ticket fee for this even if the airline itself does not. Dishonest!

Globester is the worst company I have ever dealt with.  I have had nothing but problems with them from the start.  They booked a flight different from the one I chose & implied that I was lying to them about it.  They assured me that I would not have to pay extra to get the flight I chose but then charged my card for the difference anyway.  They have you fill out an authorization form which states the amount to be charged on your card then they charge whatever they want! They put a charge of $982.00 on my credit card (above and beyond the charge for the flight I booked,) and for the past 48 hours have ignored my requests to be contacted for information regarding this transaction.  They keep reassuring me that a supervisor will call within the next 5-10 minutes then they don't call. Consumers: DO NOT book a flight with this company.  If you already have, do what it takes to get your money back!  The flight may be a little less expensive, but for the hassle I wish I'd dealt with another company.   If someone from Globester reads this: please take a lesson in what Americans consider to be good customer service.  It's pretty simple, don't lie to your customers or rip them off.
