Global Knifes are the perfect knifes for people with smaller hands, or less strength, or for someone who just feels that weilding those big heavy german knifes if way unsafe. These knives stay sharp for a long time, are perfectly weighted for the perfect chopping, cutting, slicing, decorating cooking experience.

these are the best knifes that i have ever used.there called global chefs knifes. I use them every day to do my cooking.my friends want to barrow them but i wont let them because they are the thing i use most through out the days.
