GlaxoSmithKline Veramyst Nasal Spray —

My doctor prescribed Veramyst [fluticasone furoate] nasal spray last year to see if it would help my seasonal and year round allergies.

Veramyst is unique in that you only have to use it once a day.  Just one spray and allergies go away! One 10 gram prescription bottle lasts 120 days if used every day.

Symptoms Relieved:

For SEASONAL allergies, the spray provides relief against nasal and eye symptoms as well as sneezing; congestion; itchy, runny nose; and red, itchy, watery eyes.

For YEAR-ROUND allergies, the spray provides long term relief against nasal symptoms that include sneezing; congestion; and itchy, runny nose.

Consistent use makes the nasal spray most effective.  I am not one to live on prescribed medicine however and since have found a natural product that works equally well.  See my review on Sinus Buster.

Be sure you tell your doctor about any medication you are taking and if you are or could be pregnant to see it is safe for you before it is prescribed.

another thing to shoot up my nose--hmmm...my doctor tried to get me to take my B-12 via a nasal spray and I couldn't stick with it so she put me back on the injections. I'm okay with that. I have seasonal allergies that really do me in. I may have to ask my doctor about this. It might keep me from going in so often. ~Gigi

I'm usually not the one to have allergies or sinus infections. My mom is the allergy sufferer. However, last year my ENT doctor prescribed Veramyst when I couldn't shake a bad sinus infection. It worked. ;-) ~Krista Lynn
