The finish on my Glacier Bay bathroom faucet peeled off.  I checked the warranty, and it only is for a year on the finish.  I made sure to checked the warranty on the replacement I had to buy, to be sure it was lifetime warranty.  I should have bought good quality to start with.  Ended up costing more in the long run, besides the labor to put in a new faucet!  YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.  Cheap faucet.

Purchased a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet.  It looks great but it doesn't work.  The water flow is so constricted that the sprayer doesn't even work.  As you might imagine, it's no fun installing a kitchen faucet on a Sunday morning only to discover that it needs to be removed again since it's apparently defective.  To add insult to injury, when I called the number provided on the instructions for tech support, they were unable to find this product in their data base.  That's not the kind of company I want to do repeat business with.
