With the many enjoyable and unusual flavors, there is no reason why you should go thirsty. I love the dragonfruit, tea and XXX personally but, I have had others and like them as well. The one thing you need to keep an eye on is your serving size. If you are watching your waist drink it accordingly. The only problem I have encountered was when my daughter accidently dropped a bottle and it landed on the cap. The cap shattered and all of the contents were lost due to this. I don't think this would have happened if she were on a carpeted surface rather than a tiled floor.
