I must admit that I had never tried any sort of flavored water before. In my universe, there were either juices, soda or other beverages ... or just plain water! ... so the concept of anybody's vitamin water took a little getting used to. I must say that this product is refreshing and -- once I had accustomed myself to what at first seemed like a bland taste -- I enjoyed Acai-Blueberry-Pomegranate Glaceau Vitamin Water very much. Vitamin Water comes in a variety of other flavors and there are a lot of things to enjoy about this valuable beverage.
The contents of a 20 oz. bottle is considered to be two and a half servings but stats are great so go ahead and enjoy. Each serving contains 50 calories with zero each total fat, sodium, and protein, plus 13 grams each total carbs and sugar, 50 mg. Berry and Fruit Polyphenols, 150 mg. Vitamin C, and 200 mg. total protective antioxidents. Sure enough, there are enough vitamins to justify the product's name, including: 100% (D.V.) Vitamin C, and 10% each Vitamins B3, B6, B12, and B5.
I found a sale on this item and bought several bottles for only a dollar each.
TASTE TIP:
This beverage is best enjoyed when VERY cold.
