Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes was the first to employ the spiky ball wand that looks like a medieval torture device.  It seems a little frightening to put this spiky thing near your eyeballs, but the applicator is really great once you give it a try.

The "round sphere precision wand," as Givenchy calls it, allows you to apply mascara to the tiniest lashes in the inner corners of your eyes and on the bottom lashes.  If you have ever tried to use the end of a traditional mascara wand to apply mascara, then you know how easy it can be to accidently deposit a huge clump of mascara or to bump the skin leaving a big smudge.  This kind of applicator gets into those difficult areas with more accuracy and definition!

The formula of Phenomen'Eyes is really fantastc.  It is great at defining and darkening lashes, but I love the fantastic hold it has.  My lashes are long and straight, they don't curl easily or hold curl well.  So after using a lash curler, I apply Phenomen'Eyes and it holds the shape beautifully!  This could be considered a con if you like soft, flexible mascaras.  This one is strong and dramatic, it leaves lashes stiff and locked in place!

There is also a waterproof formula and a lengthening formula, but I have only tried the original.  It is rather expensive, so it is a bit of a splurge if you usually use drugstore mascaras.  But if you are wanting to try a higher-end mascara this one is definitely one to try!

Most of the times i would buy my makeup form the drugstores or like the big brands like MAc or Clinique b ecause i trust those brands the most but I decided to buy soemthing that isnt that well known and just to give it a try. This mascara is pretty different because of the top and applier on it, it is like a circle ball with small spikes sticking out as u can see int eh picture and I was kind of scared because it might hit my eyeball and hurt my eyes but i just decided to gow ith it. I liked this product becauae it didnt really clump in lashes and make is look more dramatic which is what I was going for that day. It really darkened up my eyes becuase od the lashes and I really liked how its so aeasy to apply and since teh balk was small, i was able to movie it nad fairly coat all my lashes even the small ones thata re clsoe to the tear duct. I really like this product and might buy it again but hte price of it is greater than most of it. in other words, buy tis only for a dramatic look for r eyes!

I would recommend it to my friends

        Comments about Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes Mascara:

No wonder so many women are confused about what mascara is good to use.  How can you choose?  I used many products of Givenchy: pouder, foundation, corrective pen. So once I decided to try Givenchy mascara too.  I was satisfied with the quality of Givenchy goods and their mascara also did not disappointed me . This mascara is not bad and I would recommend it to my friends. It perfectly curls and separates with a spherical brush at the tip that coats every lash no matter what your eye shape. I do not have long lashes and I really pay attention to the quality of a maskara - this one is a good one. If you have short lashes - try it once and probably you will buy it again . It also sparses lashes that need extra precision and lashes are not all stuck together after using this mascara.

One point that I always do not like - that is the price. I would reduce it and then more people could enjoy it.

I love Givinchy Phenomen' Eyes Mascara

        By

        from East Amherst, NY

        Comments about Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes Mascara:

This is by far the best mascara I have ever used, and I've tried upwards of thirty. The unique applicator is able to paint your lashes with mascara incredibly precisely, while simultaneously separating each individual lash. The result is really impressive.

It's expensive, yes, but totally worth it. The applicator does take a bit of practice to get used to. The spikes are sharp and I've jabbed my eye more than a few times. No permanent damage. :)

Like any mascara, it will clump and flake if you try to put too much on. I've found the mascara degrades and starts to irritate my eyes after about 2 months, but that's about the time I hear you should replace - due to bacteria - anyway, so it's not a big deal for me.

        I love it.

        Mascara junkies dream by Givenchy

              Comments about Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes Mascara:

While this mascara is a little on the expensive side, I think this is one a the best I have tried. Being a complete mascara junkie (i could not live without it) I just love this Phenomen' Eyes Nascara by Givenchy. The brush takes a little getting used too, it very different from the traditional mascara brushes. Although, once you get the hang of it you will never want to go back. It is the best for lash sepertaion. I was defining lashes that I didn't even know I had! It is also great for getting into the corners of your eyes without feeling like one wrong move could cost you a retina. It comes in three colors, one of which being a blackest-black type (my personal favorite). I just love the way it makes my lashes look, very defined and dramatic. This is the perfect makeup for a night on the town.

              Comments about Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes Mascara:

Anytime someone sees me using this mascara they ask me about it. Its a small break of makeup routine because of the unique shape, but not in anyway that will waste your time when you're rushed. YOU. GET. EVERY. LASH. I am also amazed by how well this mascara holds the curl of my lashes, because my lashes like to go flat right after they're curled. i was a bit skeptic in the beginning because I hated the drugstore dupe for this and it made me look crazy. This really does not compare to the drugstore version so if you are willing to shell out the money I would get this one. I love the packaging and the colors. It is a bit expensive but it actually works so if depends on what you really want from your mascaras. Each lash is separated, defined, and lengthened. I saw that many reviews talked about smudging problems so I opted for the waterproof formula. I have no problems. Easy to remove at nights.

              Unlike any other mascara

              Comments about Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes Mascara:

I am fascinated by this mascara because of its unique brush, which is what led me to purchase it in the first place. I was pleased that it actually worked, since I did have to spend a considerable amount of money on it. It takes longer to apply than regular mascara because the shape of the brush; the tip is smaller than normal mascara brushes. However, it does wonders at separating and coating smaller inner lashes and the lashes under your eyes. This is the most lengthened and voluminous look I have ever gotten by using a mascara. The only con I can think of is that the look is quite a bit dramatic and unnatural looking; I'm not sure this mascara would be appropriate for everyday wear, such as work or church. This is more of a going out or event mascara. It also has a bit of an irritating smell, and, because it is Givenchy, it is pricier than drugstore mascaras. However, it works just like it says it will, so I would definitely recommend it.

I think the first thing I should mention is Givenchy Phenomen Eyes Mascara is a little well alot pricey. That being said it is worth the price.I dont usually go about buying high priced mascara.I had heard a few great things about this mascara and I admit I was fasinated by the odd shape of the wand.I was hooked after the very first coat. This mascara will give your lashes some pretty awesome length. The little ball tip on the end of the wand is nothing less than amazing. The ball works great for lengthening your lashes from the root on out. This mascara is amazing at making your lashes look clump free as well. This mascara gives you perfectly seperated lashes every time.I curl my lashes before putting on most mascaras but I dont have to with this one.My lashes will curl all the way up to my eyebrows with this mascara alone no pesky eye lash curler needed. If you want perfectly seperated thick feathery eyelash fringe this mascara is for you.

Well...on my never ending quest to find great legthening/thickening mascara that does not flake off -- I am a contact lens wearer -- this was one of the casualties. Lashes looked fine, but less expensive mascaras have  been better.  The applicator does take some getting used to.  Overall, it's just not worth it for me.

Really great mascara with a scary but fun applicator!

              Amazing definition in Phenomen'eyes

              Comments about Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes Mascara:

Phenomen'eyes has an amazing spherical brush allowing you to reach EVERY SINGLE lash for an amazing full and wide result.  Only con was that the tube dried up pretty quick, and for the price it was a downside.  I would try another tube to see if it had better results.
