Girl Scouts —
When I was a little girl, I really wanted to join Girl Scouts, but my mom wouldn't let me. For what reason, I have no clue. But I always heard how much fun the girls had and I wanted my daughters to have that same experience.So when my oldest turned five, we decided to let her join. Now she is nine and she loves it! Not only do they have the cookie sales (which she enjoys participating in), but they do different activities to better their social skills, learn about the environment and how to take care of their bodies. They learn to work as a team and she has made many new friends through the years.
Now my second oldest daughter is a Daisy and loves it just as much as my oldest. They both plan on being in Girl Scouts until they can't do it any longer.
I would recommend Girl Scouts for any parent wanting their daughter to partcipate in a fun group of girls and to learn more than they would any other way plus they are doing it with friends.
