I have a real thing for cooking pasta. Okay, more accurately for eating pasta. Often I'll go for a traditional southern red sauce. But sometimes I want something a little more complex, a different taste; and I know how to go about getting it. — If you ask 10 people if they like anchovies, usually 7 or more will reply with some variant of "Ewwww! Anchovies!
