A friend of mine received The Gilrmore Girls The Complete Series Dvds for a Christmas present this past year and was spending a lot of time engrossed in the series. She kept telling me how great this television show is and how I needed to watch it, as well.

Gilmore Girls the series is well worth the price and the time invested in watching it. I do believe that it is a series that appeals to women, and girls. My daughter who is 43 had never seen the show, and I loaned her my series. She is hooked, and tells me that she has heard that there may be a reunion type of show coming up. I hope so. I definitely will be tuning in.

Loooove gilmore girls. The box set is worth every penny. And you can find it decently priced many times and places. It comes with a great episode guide and a book of all there little quotes and witty referrels. My plan is to watch it over a 3 year span. Watching about a season every six months, so about 1 a week. It makes it totally worth whatever price you pay for it. This is a great gift for someone you know who really liked the show. I received it for christmas and was exstatic. It comes in a great set. Gilmore Girls is my favorite television to this day. I love the quick-paced witty banter that's in the dialogue and the well-placed pop culture references. The characters are quirky, complex, and very entertaining.
The wacky variety of the townsfolk make up a hilarious group of small-town misfits who are just like people we all know. The main two characters - Lorelei and Rory - are a mother and daughter duo who have a wonderful relationship. I find this very refreshing among a batch of television shows in which children usually are in rebellion or find their parents irrelevant.

Over the course of the seasons the writers were able to keep the show fresh with twists without cheating on the audience. I, myself, got quite attached to the Gilmore women and their day-to-day issues and problems!

I stumbled on The Gilmore Girls show one day many years ago while I was flipping channels. Now,my daughter and I love the show and watch it all the time. I bought the complete series pack a couple of years ago for us for Christmas. I got it form Walmart and had to order it online and then pick it up at a local store. It was about $200 but well worth it for all of the entertainment it provides. We love the characters and have several favorite episodes. It is a show you can really get into and find yourself wondering what the characters will be up to from one episode to the next.
I absolutly love this show, I started watching it when it first came on and have watched it ever scince. I watch it everyday on tv, It's funnie and kind of girly at the same time but it's definatly a great show. I would recomend it if you are into daily shows and love watching girly shows but funnie. Definatly a great show for mothers and daughters to watch together.
A wonderful show about a mother-daughter relationship with all the ups-and-downs of everyday life. Full of great characters and situations that you can relate to. Once you turn on one dvd theres no getting up till you get to the very last disc. Very sad to see it end:( The Gilmore Girls is a definite must for every mother and daughter to sit down and watch together!
Gilmore Girls: The complete series collection is a wonderful buy. I found the TV show around the third year in the series. I had a friend recommend it to me and I was hooked from then on. I have the series and watch the DVD's from Season 1 and to the end, and start all over again. : ) The only down fall is I wish Girlmore Girls was still a TV series.
ALL OF THE CHARACTERS ARE GREAT IN THERE OWN WAY AND EACH PULL THEIR OWN THROUGH OUT THE SHOW.
