I loved this product. I have bought disposable razors before and none of them compare to this. It works very well with no razor bump or cuts. It  glides very smoothly. It's comfortably to hold, and it pivot's. It has refills that you can buy. So your not wasting any money by buying a razor you have to throw away. I would recommend this to all my girlfriend's.

I tired this product after using the Venus razors that hjust have a disposable head thinking that they may be good for vacations. I have had mixed experiences. The first few times I used it they gave a great shave but now I get cuts and razor burn even when using a brand new razor.

I just purchased the tropical razors as the price was right at the time for a pkg. of three razors it wasn't the colors that got me it was the fact that razors and then having to buy cartridges will get you right in the pocket so I decided I would try the disposables. I know our landfills don't need any more waste but maybe they can recycle them wouldn't that be great These  razors give a great shave!

I've tried a variety of razors for hair removal from a single Bic to the re-fill able Venus. Somehow on my last purchase I ended up with the Gillette Venus Tropical disposable razors. I would guess it had something to do with a sale price coupled with a coupon. The 3-pack of razors come in three tropical neon colors The Tropical's claim to fame is that it has a scented handle, which I barely even notice. If it wasn't cheap, I wouldn't buy it strictly for a tropical scent. Like all Venus razors, the handle is non-slip and an ergonomic styling making it easy to hold and use. As a disposable razor, the Venus Tropical can be considered a mid-range razor as a 3-blade. It's not cheap like a single or twin blade but not as high end as a 5-blade Venus Embrace. The 3-blades are packed into a pivoting head and surrounded by a moisture strip on the top and bottom. The pivoting head is helpful for rounding curves as you shave, but the head is large enough that it doesn't always fit right in the crook of the knee or other tight spots. These are obviously disposable razors meaning when you're done with it, you throw it away. I've had mixed reactions when using the Venus Tropical. The first, worked great for the initial shave, then was rough and began to rust. The next two worked great and lasted at least 6 weeks before being too dull to continue to use. While I like the Tropical, out of a razor of it's price I would expect a little more consistency and length of use.

I recieved one of the Gillette Venus Tropical disposable razors in one of my Christmas gift sets this last year. I tried it out and was completely disappointed in it. I didn't like it at all. I didn't even finish using it once and threw it in the trash. I found it very strange to use. It seemed like it was so bulky at the head and I couldn't get a good, clean shave. It seemed like I couldn't get it flat on my skin. I thought that this would be one of the best razors I had ever tried and was shocked. Maybe it was me. Maybe I didn't use it the right was or something like that. I don't know. All I know is I will never buy this particular razor again. I would buy Gillette products again, though. I am still on a mission to find a razor that I want to use on a regular basis. My skin is so sensitive. I can't ever seem to find something that works for me. I have tried electric and disposable and haven't been happy with any of them yet.

I like the Gillette Venus disposable razors because: 1.  They have three blades.  This is the number one reason.  There are other razors out there that also have three blades which I like, too.  But I do not like any razor that has fewer than three blades.  It seems to glide so much easier and I get fewer nicks when it has more blades--probably because the force of one or two blades isn't all at the same spot on my legs and so it doesn't nick my skin so easily. 2.  They have an aloe strip that also helps it glide easier and is soothing as I shave.  Some razors that I've used also have a strip, but on certain razors, the strip will come off or leave a gooey substance behind.  The Venus Razor doesn't do that. 3.  They have a pivoting head.  This makes it easier to glide around curves and will shave well no matter what position the handle is in. 4.  Easy grip handle.  I like the shape of the handle.  It's very easy to hold and feels comfortable.

Gillette Venus Tropical Disposable Razors are great. They are less expensive than some of the other women's Gillette non-disposable razors, but shave just as well. They are more expensive than your cheap one or two blade disposables, but they shave much much better! I classify the gillette disposables somewhere between your typical run of the mill disposable razors and your more expensive cartridge non disposablies, both in price and performance. I have the "tropical" disposable razors which really jsut refers to the colors. They come in a 3 pack and last a suprisingly long time. I have found cheap disposables to fall apart, rust, and dull very quickly. The Gillette Tropical Disposables do NOT do this. They are well made, with great handle contouring and grip. Multiple blades allow for a close shave. I also like that the razor head is not narrow, rather it is wide, making it glide well over my legs. I recommend!

Any razor that is a Venus is great if you ask me and these  Gillette Venus Tropical Disposable Razors are no exception.  I first bought these on a whim while on vacation because I forgot my razor.  I use the Venus regular razor so figured these would be just as great and they are.  I love the colorful handles and these work like a charm.  These razors leave my legs silky smooth thanks to the strips of moisturizing lotion on each one.  For disposable razors they last a pretty long time too before you have to throw them away.  Also the price is great for a pack of three, compared to having to buy razor blade replacements for the regular Venus razor.  Have had no problems with nicks or rough spots and can usually go 2 days before I need to shave again since they leave such a close shave.  Also never get razor burn when I use these.  I would definately recommend the Gillette Venus Disposable razors, great razor great price!!

These are great as far as disposable razors are concerned. In fact, you can't go wrong with anything fromt the Gillette Venus family. Cute colors, comfortable handle, and rarely do you nick yourself, thanks to the safe blades. Gotta have em!
