Ghost Hunters stars Jason and Grant - the founders of The Atlantic Paranormal Society in Warwick, Rhodie Island. Jason and Grant both had paranormal experiences of their own. This is what catapulted them into founding TAPS. Jason and Grant, along with their crew investigate places that have paranormal activity - at the owner's request usually. They give priority to places where there are children involved. Jason and Grant do not go into an investigation trying to prove that there indeed are ghosts present. They bring in high tech equipment to try to disprove that there is paranormal activity. They interview the clients to see what has been going on. Then they try to find logical reasons for why things are happening. Only when they have documented proof that something paranormal happened will they even consider calling a place haunted. They won't call a place haunted just by their own experiences while they are there. They want personal experiences along with either visual or audio confirmation. Ghost Hunters is a great show for the ghost enthusiast.
