Although it does make a good cup of coffee if you don't mind waiting.......the coffee maker is a bit slow and noisy and the opening to pour the water in is wayyyyyy small!. I don't like waiting for half an hour after brewing to open the lid because if you do open it before the half hour is up scalding hot water spurts and bubbles out which can be dangerous, especially if you don't wear glasses. (I only wear glasses for reading) The cone shaped filters are quite expensive and at times hard to find. *sigh* I'm gonna give this one a 3 out of 5. :(
