This is my 3rd Gevalia coffee maker and I can guarantee you it will not be my last.  Coffee is one of my sinful pleasures and the Gevalia brand is to me the very best.  I talked about it so much that my son and my granddaughter both got one and they are as hooked as I am.  It is so easy to use - add filter, add coffee, add water.  I keep my coffee maker VERY clean and use ice cold water to make my coffee.  Keep up the good work and I'll continue to use your products.
