Most HelpfulWe've had many differing styles of one-piece t-shirts - hand-me-downs, brand new, colors, patterns and white (white is always the largest stack). Gerber's classic white Onsies has always been my favorite.
The Gerber Onsie is a one-piece bodysuit style t-shirt. The top is identical to a standard cotton t-shirt with a flap that wraps around baby's bottom and snaps. This keeps the shirt in place so it doesn't bunch up or come un-tucked from baby's pants. The three snaps come together easily and hold very well especially when baby bends over or the shirt starts getting snug. Trust me, we...
review »I really enjoyed all of the Gerber onesies that my daughter wore right after she was born. There was a large variety of styles available, and they held up well after washing (but don't dry them!).
One helpful tidbit: they run small! My daughter only wore the 0-3 month size for about two weeks - after that she stayed in 3-6 months for aobout 2 months. She is now in the 12 month size even though she only weighs about 17 pounds.
Each of my newborns wore Gerber onesies; however, they grew out of them before the Carter's, Old Navy, and even store-brand ones.
Some of the Gerber onesies that I own are sized 3-9 months, which I find very strange. There is a HUGE difference between a 3 month-old and a 9 month-old - so why would the have such a size range?
I also think that the Gerber onesies are a little thinner than the Carter's store brand ones which are equally priced.
Gerber® Onesies® provides comfort and flexibility for your baby. It is great for hanging around the house as well as going out on a hot summer day. The baby can sleep in this product without getting overheated. Summer is not the only time for Onesies® they are great for winter too. They add an extra layer of warmth for your little one on those cold October mornings as well as that drive to the mall in December.
This all inclusive outfit comes in different colors and patterns to match any outfit. Onesies® come in long sleeve, short sleeve, as well as tank top styles to fit any...
review »I like onesies. They are great for layering or you can make an outfit out of they with a pair of pants, shorts or skirt. They are a little pricey but sometimes you can find them on sale. Gerber sends out coupons sometimes too. My only problem with them is that the sizes are crazy and a little off. When my daughter was first born we used the newborn size and I had 3 month and 6 month sizes in the closet. when she got to be 3 months old I got them out and looked at them and they were too small. So I got out the next size they were too small and almost the same size as the 3 month ones. ...
review »Before the baby was born, my mom purchased many baby shirts and undies as gifts for the new born. However, they weren't very easy to put on her tiny little body, and the belly area could be easily exposed if the baby moved around too much.
We finally got a bag of these onesies to try out. The moment we put it on my baby, we loved how it worked. It is very convenient (only one piece to put on), and it helps protect the belly area from getting cold. The buttons snap very easily, and the material (100% cotton) is very soft and comfortable to the touch. They also stretch very well, and this is helpful...
review »Gerber Onesies are a classic!! I've used them since I had my first daugher and have used them with my second, who is now 2 years old. I love how they are soo durable and come in many styles, like long-sleeved, short sleeved, and some have the wrap around snsp waist. Love the cute little designs, too. Sometimes they have holiday designs, like around Easter they have little bunnies and easter eggs, so cute!! And sometimes if you log onto the website they have coupons you can print out or have some sent to you , which is even better!!
