I recently Bought a Pack of Onesies and after washing but before wearing.  There was a snap missing on one of the onesies.  I Called Gerber the people were very nice and sent me an envelope to get it replace free of charge.  Not only did the replace the onesie but also sent me lots of coupons and a whole other pack of onesies.  Thanks Gerber for making a Mom's Life a litlle easier.
