I was excited when I saw Gerber Graduates healthy meals in the store. Gerber is a well-known brand and my son liked the Gerber baby food. I assumed the healthy meals would be something he would like equally as much if not more. I was definitely wrong about that. I bought a few different kinds of the Gerber Preschoolers Healthy Meals, the mixed vegetables, chicken, and rice one included. My son didn't seem that excited about this meal but did try it anyway. He tried the chicken and rice first and he spit it out right away. I had him try the vegetable part next and he spit that out as well. My son never spits food out so the fact that he did that with both portions of this meal was surprising. The outside package of Gerber healthy meals is colorful and very appealing. The food looks tasty. When you take it out of the package the look of the meal quickly goes downhill. Still, if it tasted good I'm sure my son could have have overlooked the appearance of it but it just didn't taste good to him.

I don't need them very often, but it's nice to have some Gerber Graduate meals on hand.  Sometimes dinner is very spicy, or something I know my son won't eat, so that's when I go to the cupboard and grab him a Gerber Graduate meal. **Gerber Graduates for Preschoolers Healthy Meals Mixed Vegetables, Chicken and Rice in Sauce** is a complete meal for toddlers that boasts the following information: - Contains a full serving of veggies - Has 10% daily value for 5 vitamins & minerals - Made with whole grain brown rice This meal is a little too large for my two year old son, so I add some bread and it becomes two meals, making it very cost effective.  When you look at the food, it looks decent.  There tons of diced carrots, chunks of white meat chicken, rice, small pieces of other veggies and a sauce.  I stuck my finger in the sauce to know what I was giving my son, and the sauce was gross.  It tasted like ginger.  My son ate this meal just fine and didn't mind the flavor of the sauce, so that's why I gave this product 3 stars. Since he liked **Gerber Graduates for Preschoolers Healthy Meals Mixed Vegetables, Chicken and Rice in Sauce** just fine, I would probably buy it again, but I like knowing Gerber Graduates offers many other flavor combinations too.  I liked that this meal contains carrots, because that is one of the only vegetables that my son will eat willingly. Quality of Ingredients I like that there are a lot of vegetables and whole grains, but the food does not look or taste very appealing. Safety Pieces are in small bite-size pieces, perfect for toddlers.
