I absolutely love my george forman grill. From cooking chicken to sandwiches, it does it all. I love that it cooks off a sigificant amount of fat and that it saves time in the kitchen. I have used my grill to cook for myself up to a group of 8. By simply adding water after the food has been cooking for a few minutes, I created a steam grill which has worked amazing for fish. Hamburgers taste moist and juicy rather than dried out or covered in grease as often my experience with pan frying. This is also great for grilling vegetables. There is no temperature control on my older model, but I have learned the timing. Mine includes the bun warmer at the top. This has bee great for hotdog buns as well as heating slices of bread to make garlic bread for a small number of people. The one downside is cleaning the grill. I have learned tricks to clean it, but that is the one thing I dislike about the george forman grill.
