The George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Machine is a great little indoor grill.  We use it to grill burgers, chops, hot dogs, and fish.  It adds a delicious, smoked taste to the food and drains all of the unhealthy fat you don't want.  I love the way it cooks burgers.  I like to use it like a real grill, so I don't put the top down to cook both sides at once, I like to cook one side at a time.  That also gives me more time to prepare the side dishes, otherwise the food gets too dry, in my opinion, if you cook both sides at once.  The burgers come out nice and juicy if you cook them one...
