I have to admit that my George Foreman grill was buried in my kitchen cabinet for about 5 years. Someone bought it for us and I just never thought to take it out. Well, that's not totally honest. I LOVE MY GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL!  I can use it for pretty much anything.  I like to make sandwiches, grill meats, I even make my chicken, onion and mushroom meal or the beef, onion and mushroom entree on here (I marinate it with my seasame ginger sauce, quite delicious I might add).  Initially, I felt like the grill had a tendency to dry the meat out with you have the top lead closed but nowadays, I put alumnium foil over top the grill and I don't close it.  (It's got a little steaming action going on... keeps the meats moist and succulent).  I even put frozen fries fries on there.  This is...

If you're looking for a quick, easy way of cooking for 1 or 2 people, then this small George Foreman grill is for you!

It "grills" food quickly and easily, including a grate system and "drippings dish" that allow unhealthy fat to drain away from the food. Since the drippings dish is separate, it is easy to clean. It allows for fast meal preparation without the need to fire up the oven for just a couple of portions.

On the down side, the grates are not removable, but they are non-stick and quite easy to wipe clean.
