When I was diagnosed with IBS and diabetes, the most effective thing I could do was eat better...not diet....just eat healthier.  This grill sat unused for a long, long time.   When I broke it out and decided to try it, my first thought was: hmmm! this is easy, followed by: this sure does smell good....and then: WOW! This is delicious... And, last but not least....Is this all I have to do to keep this grill clean????  I love my George Foreman Grill!
