This is the original George Foreman Grill and I have since bought a larger one but this one keeps on grilling! I truly love this little grill and the versatility is amazing. To think, wrestler Hulk Hogan was supposed to be the spokesperson for this before Foreman. That's GOTTA hurt seeing all those dollars lost because you turned down being the spokesman for the hottest selling indoor grill ever.

The George Foreman GR10AWHT Indoor Grill is the first in a series of George Foreman grills made. We got ours years ago and instantly fell in love. This thing cooks almost anything! We have made sandwiches, burgers, steaks, grilled veggies, and much more.

Ours came with three bonus "specially designed" grill cleaning sponges. It also came with a grease drip tray and a special spatula to scrape the residue without scratching the nonstick coating. Our unit is white. It opens to reveal a nonstick ridged surface. There is no temperature control on this one. You plug it in and, when it gets hot, it has a light that shines telling you that it's ready to use. It does get very hot so care must be taken when using this.

The specs are: Height: 12 inches, Width: 18 inches, Depth: 18 inches. Weight: 7 pounds.

As you can see, this is a little unit able to grill a couple of burgers or a chicken breast but certainly not a family grill.

Close the lid, cook the food, catch any grease as it rolls down the unit into the tray, and open the unit to reveal juicy cooked food with those cool black grill lines on it. Clean up is simple because it is nonstick. The sponges work but so do any sponges or damp cloths. Unplug and let the unit cool.

That's it! Seems simple but I can't tell you how often we used this unit. It is so much easier than frying or broiling and it's fast.

Although we have a bigger George Foreman grill now, we still use the little one for a burger or a sandwich or other small items. And it still works perfectly. People who live alone NEED one of these. You will find you won't use your stove or oven as often. Everything will get tossed on the grill!

My Viewpoint

I adore my George Foreman GR10AWHT Indoor Grill. It's simple but so am I. ;)

It really is a great product that has stood the test of time and has been used hundreds of times yet shows very little wear. The grids are still nonstick and the outside remains unscathed by all the use. I actually have a brand new one of these in the box in my garage for, um, well it was on sale and I figured someday my old one would go and I would need it. THAT's how much I love this grill.
