The George Foreman GR10AWHT Indoor Grill is a good tool to use for those that don't have a lot of time to stand over the stove and continuously turn their meat or whatever they chose to cook.  It does not leave a mess, easy cleanup, takes very little time to prepare the food and the food comes out juicy and tender and delicious.  A good buy for the money.
