I have been using these grill for several years in different sizes. I use them to cook just a bout everthing. I grill chicken, steak, pork chops, fish and vegatables. Ilike the way they clean up and the runn off of the fat. You do need to remenber not to use metal ustensils on the grills. As far clean up goes a wet soapy rag does the trick and if there is any struck on food use the tool that comes with the grill to scrath it off. Ther are a couple of things you need to know when using the grill you need to let it heat up for a minute or two and the cooking time is usually less than in the frying pan. Also becuse the fat runs off you might find a less lesn cut of meat will work better as sometimes the leaner cuts can taste a little dry. I also recommend seasoning the meat.
